MAS PRO owns the software it develops, including the source code, database structures, interface designs, reports, modules and supporting documentation, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

License restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, MAS PRO software may not be copied, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered, extracted, or represented as the work of another provider.

Client deployments

A client license grants usage rights according to the applicable agreement. Ownership of the software remains with MAS PRO unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers specific rights.
